The Collection of British Royal Navy Rum by The Colours of Rum is an extraordinary series of 10 original rums crafted specifically for the British armed forces and Royal Navy. Each edition within this prestigious line is ultra-rare, with only 12 bottles produced per release. This liquid history was retrieved from two original 4.5-liter ceramic flagons discovered inside military supply crates stored in armed forces warehouses.

The series features historical vintages: 1953 (seven editions), 1970 (two editions), and 1969 (one edition). Every bottle is decorated with intricate golden lettering using advanced 3D printing technology.

Housed in a bespoke oak presentation wooden box, this collector’s set is accompanied by a book by Dr. Geoffrey Ward, detailing the fascinating historical relationship between rum and the British military. Each bottle is individually hand-numbered, and the accompanying book contains hand-written details unique to the set, including the original chest number and its historical warehouse location.

The original British military rum is a multi-distillery Navy Style blend that combines the deep, smoky molasses flavors of Guyanese Demerara with the bold, ester-rich fruitiness of Jamaican spirits. This classic Caribbean profile is further refined by adding lighter, elegant vanilla notes sourced from Barbados and Trinidad. The quality of the rum crafted for the British Armed Forces has been repeatedly confirmed by experts and critics.

As part of the R.A.S.C. Collection, a limited series of 50 ml miniatures is also available, presented in matching wooden boxes and accompanied by Dr. Ward's book.
